Mentoring Programs
Boys: Champions Mentoring Program (serving grades 3rd-6th); Friday's only
Girls: Girls Inc! (serving grades 3rd-6th); Thursday and Friday only
These program opportunities allow our scholars opportunities for leadership coaching and mentoring as they are meeting developmental milestones and/or are needing supports.
Student Council
Tindley Summit's Student Ambassadors are selected in 5th and 6th grade for exuding excellence in leadership, scholarship, and behavior. Student ambassadors are selected by the school Principal and are recognized each quarter amongst their peers. They participate and represent our school in various leadership opportunities that include touring visitors around the school, speaking engagements, or representing our school withing the broader community.
After school Tutoring
Dedicated to our mission and vision of Tindley Accelerated Schools, we offer ICESC as our after-school tutoring program. Our 3rd- 6th graders are able to take full advantage of a program focused on building literacy skills specific to academic vocabulary, decoding, fluency, writing, and reading comprehension. The program will run daily Monday-Thursday ONLY from 3:00-5:00 PM.

Boys and Girls Club of Indianapolis
In partnership with the East location Boys and Girls Club of Indianapolis, any Tindley Summit student in Kindergarten-6th grade is able to partake in this opportunitiy.
The B&G club bus picks up scholars from Tindley Summit and transports them to the center.
This service is a Monday-Thursday ONLY service.

Before- After school programming
The BRAVE youth program is an established after-school program for Kindergarten-6th grade. This program runs on Monday-Thursday from 3:00PM- 6:00PM and on Fridays from 12:30PM- 5:00 PM.
This program provides a flexible and convenient alternative for after-school care to meet our families busy work schedules.
